Everyone should have the location for our January 7. Meeting which Leslie sent out.
I have also sent you the following
An email from Halina with the points on our current management agreement
An email from Dale with another way of looking at what our agent does based on an old list that Suzanne had done back in 2011.
2 or 3 emails from Peggy including a a good way of evaluating the managing agent.
Our agenda for the evening will be as follows:
:6.30 to 7.30 comments per director on how we should evaluate the bids. Each director will have 5 minutes to give their thoughts
7.30 to 8.00 input on how to interview the agents.
8.00 to 8.30 discussion on how to reach a conclusion using majority voting.
