I hope some solution can be agreed upon before my return. I think simplest and least expensive would be to remove the pines and the maple which is clearly at risk and grown into the pines as well. This solves both chance of falling in storm and sap dripping on cars. Other sol'ns might be an extreme trim, a roofed structure, taking back spaces from fire lane-none of which deal with danger of maple or pines falling.
Perhaps it's not easy to feel the seriousness of the sap problem for those not affected. Simply put my assigned space is unusable. In rain or snowy weather if not removed from windshield wipers causes wide sticky streaks that can't be seen thru clearly. Narrowly avoided collision at Mass Ave round-about before I figured out what was going on. Toyota dealer said wiper blades damaged (relaced) and would have to treat affected surfaces with heavy duty solvent and reapply clear coat finish if didn't damage paint as well which will be an insurance claim.
Parking iin another space doesn't work unless it is assigned to unit in case would want to sell. My atty friend advised if could resolve sap problem to not bring action of non-disclosure against sellers & their realtor (if he was aware)butif not resolved should look into it before any more time goes by. I would of course like to avoid all that and would hope that I could understand that sap dripping on any parking spaces is unacceptable even if I weren't assigned to one of the spaces affected.
