I am 30 year old post graduate looking to move to Canada in September 2008. I am finding it very hard to obtain a work visa as the Embassy tells me i require a job offer first. Naturally every employer asks if i have a work permit, so vicious circle. I have a Canadian boyfriend there also, any help?
