Are our Canadian Correctional Facilities adequate in terms of
rehabilitating offenders of the worst kind. Can the worst kind of
offenders be rehabilitated?

Q. Can one believe Karla Homolka to be rehabilitated?
Is Karla Homolka one of the worst kind of offenders?

Q. Is the Government of Canada, and more precisely those in charge
of our correctional facilities, in need of a doctor?

Is Homolka is getting out because she can't be corrected? I mean maybe
the Government of Canada should just keep the name of the facilities
that house the worst offenders to 'JAIL' or
'Prison' if the offenders cannot be corrected.

I know Joliette is technically called an institution, but it falls
under the all encompassing name of
Correctional Services Canada.

Why would the canadian government release a proven mentally ill person
with a self-admitted history of violent crime/torture back onto their
streets.

If Karla Homolka can't be corrected then she must be institutionalized,
or jailed not released.

Perhaps the Canadian Government should institutionalize themselves.
