Ac. Citasvarupananda Avadhuta, General Secretary of Ranchi group had applied on 24.12.2015 for change of location for New year day according to Calcutta High Court order dated 23.12.2015. In that application they had also applied for granting them DMS dates of 30,31 Dec 2015 and 1^st January 2016. Today the 29^th December 2015, the SDO has rejected this application and order has been served to Ranchi group. The Copy of the Order is attached.

 

Here it should be pointed out that Ranchi group has misguided thousands of devotees that they have been granted permission to hold New Year Day DMS on 30,31 Dec 2015 and 1^st January 2016 by Calcutta High Court. This was a false propaganda. High court had only granted them chance to change the location if they so apply and if SDO so desires can grant it in accordance with law. But they went ahead and circulated widely the falsehood about their choice dates being granted. Today their prayer has been rejected.
