Position
: Oracle Developer
Location : Philadelphia, PA
Duration : 12 + Months
Rate : $60/hr
US Citizens/ Green Card holders only, first preference: Candidate with an active secret clearance/ public trust

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years working with Oracle, performing business analysis and requirement gathering.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently; Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms; Demonstrated ability to work within deadlines and schedules; Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and workloads; Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn emerging technologies; Demonstrated ability to handle direct customer interaction professionally.

TECHNOLOGY
REQUIREMENTS:
Database Developer with at least 10 years’ experience supporting Oracle development.
Experience developing in PL*SQL
Experience supporting a production system/database is required.
Experience working in a formal System Development Lifecycle environment
Must have strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Must be able to effectively articulate complex, technical concepts to on-site clients, non-technical management and co-contractors
