Job Tittle: Help Desk Analyst

Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA. (Only Local)

Duration: long term contract to hire opportunity


Need Independent Consultant 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Under direct supervision, act as first point of contact to respond to customers’ telephone inquiries, e-mails, web tickets and voicemails concerning support requests, systems status, IT business processes

 

and network connectivity.

Resolve hardware and software problems for clients’ standard software and hardware.

Record inquiries, repair and service requests.

Diagnose problems through research, isolation, and resolution steps using various automated systems.

Report problems with procedures and make suggestions for improvements.

Escalate to or consult with senior staff when a solution is unclear.

Monitor and keep service request backlog cleared, keeping the 2nd and 3rd Level Analyst informed of work status, problems and potential problems.

Possess outstanding conceptual and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work in an ever-changing fast paced environment with extremely demanding fixed deadlines.

Excellent Customer Service skills

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).

Strong technical product knowledge.

Strong customer focus and attention to detail.

Applicable work experience and a Certificate and/or College Degree and/or Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Computer Science or, any equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.

Prior experience supporting business critical applications and services is required.

Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
