Proven experience with Identity and Access Management including SSO, authentication, authorization, integration, provisioning, social identity and access control (3 yrs)

Ping Federate (1 year)

ASP.NET, C#, XML (5 yrs)

JavaScript, Bootstrap, Responsive design (1 year)

Active Directory, LDAP, PowerShell (2 yrs)

SQL Server , MS IIS (3 yrs)

Desired Skills:

Previous work experience with Municipal, other Government Organizations or equivalent endeavours.

Strong knowledge and experience on Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth2, SQL Server, Windows 2008 Server.

Knowledge and experience with the following: Identity management, 2-factor authentication, Microsoft PKI Infrastructure, Certificate life cycle management, FIM based workflow management, testing tools like HP load runner.

Project Scope and Project Objectives:

Perform IdM project implementations and maintenance support duties including but not limited to requirement gathering, systems analyzing, coding, testing, bug fixing, incident/problem management, troubleshooting, system configurations, knowledge transfer and documenting.

Deliverables:

Provide IdM project implementation and maintenance support service.
