Job Description –Implementing Workday ERP and HCM.

The person with be responsible for-

• Lead end-to-end Workday ERP & HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to analyze business needs and deliver scalable Workday HCM solutions across modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Compensation.
• Configure and optimize Workday business processes, security roles, reports, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices, system enhancements, and change management strategies to ensure successful adoption.
• Support ongoing system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting, while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements.
