The address that is used to request a newsgroup varies. Usually it is
news@xxxx or support@xxxx where xxxx is your ISP. Perhaps,
ne...@infonet.isl.net or sup...@infonet.isl.com. And, when all else
fails, postmaster@xxxx should *always* be a valid address read by a
human.
The message can be very simple:
Please add new group alt.support.wheelchairs
