I am doing a high school science project and I am interested in the
physics of sport. I have selected to do The Sweet Spots of Baseball
Bats and to try and figure out if the sweet spot is the same distance
from the end of the bat when comparing aluminum and wooden bats.
I would like to find more about the physics involved that allows there
to be vibration in most of the bat during contact except for one small
point - The Sweet Spot- I know there is a physics term for it but my
teacher is not quite sure of the term any help or explanation would be
greatly appreciated
Please send info to my e-mail address because I do not frequently
subscribe to this group!
Thanks in Advance
