Can anyone recommend a Canadian manufacturer or retailer of boat whips,
the fiberglass rods that extend over your boat to keep it suspended away
from your dock. What do these cost ?

Reply to group or email to burwellfamily@nospam_sympatico.ca and remove
the nospam.

thanks

Hardware stores sell chimney sweep rods, heavy fiberglass rods,
which could be used to accomplish the goal for much less than what a
marine accessory would cost.

Very sturdy and well-made.
The Chandlery in Ottawa has them too.

You can also find them at Docks and Lifts Unlimited in Kenora, Ontario.
Call George at 807-547-4444. They have all sizes.
Also check out their web page. http://www.docksandlifts.ca
