Also China has no obstructionist anti-capitalist unions to protest,
cause disruptive strikes, demand protectionsim and become special
interest lobby groups corrupting politicians as in the U.S. Also there
are
no quasi politiccal organizations like the NEA, Acorn, the SEIU, ACLU
obstructing and dragging down the
business world. The late, great laissez-faire U.S. president, Calvin
Coolidge once correctly stated that "the
business of government is business. This idea seems to have taken hold
in China but in the current U.S.
the businesss of government appears to be "imposing social justice"
and redistributing wealth.
Another big advantage China appears to have over the U.S. is that it
has no lawyers, at least litigation lawyers.
It obviously has experts in commercial law as China has become a free-
trading, capitalist nation. This is a
big advantage. If Adam Smith were alive today he would be praising
China, in spite of its lack of demcoracy.
Of course, when Smith wrote his great book Wealth of Nations Great
Britain and his native Scotland were
not democracies either.
But Smith would praise China for its remarkably low price k

we save big bucks by having no elections and no fox news. government
run everything and make economy good.

Please disregard my original post. By mistake in writing the first
draft I hit the "enter" button and Google posted the mistake-ridden
effort much to my displeasure. An amended final draft follows.
ECONOMIC FREEDOM: What does the right-wing think tank "The Heritage
Foundation" have to say about economic freedom in China? Well, it ranks
slightly above "repressed" and just into the "mostly unfree" range.
Niger and Bolivia got higher scores:
http://www.heritage.org/index/Ranking.aspx
CORRUPTION: According to "Transparency International", China ranks lower
then Cuba and El Salvador in 72nd place:

Everything that comes out of your head and face is exactly the same
stuff that comes out of your ass - crap. Everything you emit is pure crap.
Very true, Barry. Another point: the state owns most of the land and
leases it longterm to farmers and businesspeople. There are no
"private property" rights as we understand them in the West. If this
is what Crap Detector considers "capitalism", he should hit the books
again.
Only an illiterate moron like you would make such an egregious
grammatical error as you have above (had of) .
Did you ever finish grade school? And the content of your post exposes
your ignorance of economics.
No Marxist government like that of Cuba or North Korea has a stock
market as China has. And China is for free-trade. Its companies
and citizens make investment and capital transactions with other
nations.
Further, if you have a large mortgage you are really just renting your
property from the bank or mortgage holder. Americans recently saw how
easy it is for the government to even take over the banks, and make
them give mortgages to poor or irresponsible people who are very
likely to default. This was the major cause of the recent financial
meltdown in the U.S.
America with its humongous debt caused by Obama and Democrat Congress
is about to enter a period of hyper inflation. Taxes will
be going up and up. Right now thousands of homes have been abandoned
in the U.S. as the owners default because the house is valued
lower than the principal of the mortgage. Thus our property rights are
an illusion as are all our so-called rights.
During the dirty thirties the progressive Democrat Franklin Roosevelt
confiscated all American citizens' gold and even had their safety
deposit boxes ordered to be open for inspection. Citizens were
forbidden to own gold the price of which by government fiat was set at
$25 dollars an ounce So much for citizens' rights in a "liberal"
democracy.
.
China is very rich now. Only capitalist countries become rich, history
shows. The liberal, pro-commie element in the U.S. does not like China
because the U.S. now owes China about $1 trillion. Liberal/fascists
will criticize China for repression of human rights but say virtually
nothing about the records of Cuba and North Vietnam. And they never
criticized Maoism in China when this country was very Marxist, very
communist.

You start with a conclusion 'China is capitalist because its rich' and
go from there. You back up your statement with *facts* like - liberal/
fascists will criticize China.
You better stick to grammar Johnny.
