Trump has stopped running ads in Michigan and it was considered a swing state in 2016 which Trump won. Georgia is now considered a tie with 47% support for each Biden and Trump.

Based on current state-level polling:

Safe is at least a 10 point lead, Likely is 6 to 9 points, Leans is greater
than the margin of error, Tilt is within the margin of error, and Toss Up is
within 1 point.

Feel I have to revise my prediction a bit after reading more about Susan Rice. Not only is she the most experienced in all things 'federal', she also got along very well with Biden during the Obama administration.

I also like the fact that Trump hates her the most out of all the remaining candidates. He says she 'covered up for Obama and Hillary Clinton'.

What she did was write an email to herself recapping concerns and a discussion that the Obama administration should not reveal too much to the incoming National Security Advisor (Michael Flynn) because of his 'frequent communications' with the Russian Ambassador (Kislyak).
___________

The email, which memorialized the meeting two weeks after it happened, said Obama wanted to be sure “every aspect of this issue is handled by the Intelligence and law enforcement communities ‘by the book.’”

“The president stressed that he is not asking about, initiating or instructing anything from a law enforcement perspective,” the email continued. “He reiterated that our law enforcement team needs to proceed as it normally would by the book.”

The newly declassified portion describes Comey’s response.

“Director Comey affirmed that he is proceeding ‘by the book’ as it relates to law enforcement,” Rice wrote.

“From a national security perspective, Comey said he does have some concerns that incoming NSA Flynn is speaking frequently with Russian Ambassador Kislyak. Comey said that could be an issue as it relates to sharing sensitive information.

President Obama asked if Comey was saying that the NSC should not pass sensitive information related to Russia to Flynn. Comey replied ‘potentially.’

He added that he has no indication thus far that Flynn has passed classified information to Kislyak, but he noted that ‘the level of communication is unusual.’

The President asked Comey to inform him if anything changes in the next few weeks that should affect how we share classified information with the incoming team. Comey said that he would.”

Looks like Susan Rice was doing a good job giving Obama a 'heads up' on Flynn.
And considering the debacle that will be left in the area of national security after Trump's 4 years in office, it will be one of the most important branch of government to be addressed by an incoming administration. Remembering China. . . North Korea . . . Saudi Arabia . . . Russia . . .
Trump kissed the asses of every one of them. And maybe it's time to find out in exchange for what?

Yep, I think Susan Rice would be the best choice as Biden's running mate.

Susan Elizabeth Rice (born November 17, 1964) is an American academic, Democratic policy advisor, and former public official who served as the 27th United States ambassador to the United Nations from 2009 to 2013 and as the 24th United States national security advisor from 2013 to 2017.

Rice was born in Washington, D.C., and attended Stanford University and New College at the University of Oxford, where she received a DPhil (PhD). She served on President Bill Clinton's National Security Council staff from 1993 to 1997 and was the Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs at the State Department from 1997 to 2001. Rice's tenure saw significant changes in U.S.-Africa policy, including the passage of the African Growth and Opportunity Act, support for democratic transitions in South Africa and Nigeria, and an increased U.S. focus on fighting HIV/AIDS.

A former Brookings Institution fellow, Rice served as a foreign policy advisor to Democratic presidential nominees Michael Dukakis, John Kerry and Barack Obama. After Obama won the 2008 presidential election, Rice was nominated as Ambassador to the United Nations. The Senate confirmed her by unanimous consent on January 22, 2009. During her tenure at the United Nations, Rice championed a human rights and anti-poverty agenda, elevated climate change and LGBT and women's rights as global priorities, and committed the U.S. to agreements such as the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and the U.N. Millennium Development Goals.

Mentioned as a possible replacement for retiring U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in 2012, Rice withdrew from consideration following controversy related to the 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi. Rice succeeded Tom Donilon as National Security Advisor to President Barack Obama on July 1, 2013.

Rice is on the shortlist to become Joe Biden's vice-presidential running mate in 2020.
