The operator of the motorcycle that struck Radiul (Radi) Chowdhury, 4, on Sunday is Darren Robert Dawson, 31, of Markham. He was released on $25,000 bail Tuesday on charges of fail to remain, improper license and no insurance. Police say many tips came in from the public and the man and a woman rider on the Harley bike were subsequently identified. The accused was wearing a green hoodie drawn across his face. He was seen crying in the prisoner’s box and was hunched over concealing his face. He was ordered to surrender his passport, remain in Ontario, not use a motor vehicle, and not contact the victim or his family. Police refused to identify Dawson after he surrendered Monday for reasons related to what they called the integrity of the investigation. No explanation of that was heard or apparent in court Tuesday.
(Greg:They are probably trying to get the lowlife to snitch on his criminal biker buddies.)

Meanwhile The HAMC have been banned in Holland by a Judge. The first country to do so.

(Newser) – You probably won't see as many Harleys cruising around Holland anymore. The BBC reports that a court in the city of Utrecht has banned all Hells Angels, not just its local chapters, declaring in its Wednesday ruling that the violence brought about by the bikers "is often so serious and causes so much social unrest that it can be considered in contravention of social order." The court cited the Angels' tiffs with rival bike gangs as underlying much of the trouble, and the decision makes the Netherlands the first nation to outlaw the group. This is the third biker gang to be banned by the Netherlands since 2017, per Deutsche Welle, which adds that Dutch prosecutors have been trying to ban the Hells Angels for more than 10 years. Lawyers for the group say they'll be appealing the decision.

Andrew Scheer who will become PM in Canada if his party wins the election expected in Oct. has said he will make tackling organized crime and specifically the Hell's Angels, who have killed more than 150 ppl since their inception in Canada in 1977, a priority. I will be voting Conservative.
