This has to be unconstitutional and a violation of the rule of law.
For voting "yes" in favor of Obama's badly
flawed HC bill Nebraska will be exempted from paying its share of
Medicare or Medicaid or both, forever. No other of the 50 states will
get this benefit. This is outrageous. Republicans were already
furious over the $300 million bribe that will be paid by the nations'
taxpayers to Louisiana, a bribe for the pro HC vote of senator
Landrieu.

This bribery is consistent with the corrupt Chicago ward-heeler
politics Obama and his Illinois mafia have brought
to Washington. Remember the liar Obama's pre-election promises to the
American people if he and his
Demorats won the the election: no more earmarks for pork spending, no
more lobbyists, complete federal
government transparency. All lies, lies and lies.

What Obama is doing, if he gets away with it, is likely to begin
secession movements in Texas and some other
states. And who could blame them?

Obama and his Democrats are immoral, corrupt, dirty, sleazy, ugly and
must be gotten rid of in the
next elections or the U.S. is doomed.

Actually it isn't outragious. Sounds like Nebraska has the best
representation in the nation. A representative looking out for their
consituants best interests is a hard commodity to find these days.

Sounds like Obama has the African spirt of tribal management well under
hand.

Might get down to that. But not likely soon. Americans have a good
national spirit. But being a stat eof the union does not mean you have
to agree with everything DC.

Many are starting to realize that. Unfortunately we are stuck with
Obamanation for 3 more years. Hopefully in 2010 though the people clean
out congress and senate Obama supporters to put a leash on hime for the
the last two years. The Obama-det-corruption-spending is going to be he
downfal of the US if it does not abrupty cease.

Not me, I counted on a Liberal-Democrats and Obama to screw up when I
saw rates invert in 2006. While I didn't know they would do such a good
job of screwing up, I have profited by it. The day I saw Obama poll
numbers creap up in the US, I went to an unheard of (for me) 80% cash
position in my US funds.

So when Liberalism was realized, and the market tumbled I lost very
little. In the last year I made back the losses plus 25%. I thank the
liberalism-debt and the democratic congresses mismanagement for this
once in a lifetime investment opportunity.

But going back into cash as round two is coming, should strike in about
Feb/March with my current view. This will be a round of crappy jobs
replacing good ones and inflation due to currency devaluation.

As in Chess and martial arts, you try to let them waste their resources
and energy while you anticpate and duck the hits waiting for your right
opportunity. Keen capitalists at laughing at this wonderful lib-dim
opportunty.

Buy cheap, sell high still works.

You moron. All you are doing by writing brainless followups like the
above is showing that you have no sense of morality or decency.
It is people like you who are destroying democracy in Western nations.

I checked our constitution. Doesn't violate it at all.

Obama's Democrats are going to bring affordable health care to millions
of people who didn't have it. It was a compromise, there should have
been a public option, but it's progress.

What's driving you insane is the tea-baggers and birthers are powerless
to stop it. Obama has an unprecedented victory under his belt and it's
causing you to become even more unhinged than normal.

Really? Then it should be easy for you to cite the part of the
Constitution that says government provided healthcare is a right.

I wasn't talking about your constitution. I was talking about the one
"Crap Detector" and I share. Doesn't violate our constitution at all.

Since the ONLY Constitution that matters is the US Constitution, you
should be able to provide that cite, yes?

The reason Obama and Nelson should be impeached aswell as a few other
officials.

Bribery:
a form of pecuniary corruption, is an act implying money or gift given
that alters the behavior of the recipient. Bribery constitutes a crime
and is defined by Black's Law Dictionary as the offering, giving,
receiving, or soliciting of any item of value to influence the actions
of an official or other person in discharge of a public or legal duty.
The bribe is the gift bestowed to influence the recipient's conduct.
It may be any money, good, right in action, property, preferment,
privilege, emolument, object of value, advantage, or merely a promise
or undertaking to induce or influence the action, vote, or influence
of a person in an official or public capacity.

Bought Health Care Votes
----------

According to the Wall Street Journal, here are a few of the payoffs:

-- $300 million in federal money for Sen. Mary Landrieu in Louisiana

-- $100 million for Sen. Chris Dodd's favorite Connecticut hospital

-- $3 billion to $5 billion for Sen. Bill Nelson so that Florida
seniors who currently have Medicare Advantage benefits won't lose them

-- $100 million for Sen. Ben Nelson so Nebraska residents don't have
to pay any of the additional costs for the bill's Medicaid expansion
(That's a pretty good deal, certainly better than the earlier threat
to close Offutt Air Force Base near Omaha if Nelson wouldn't vote aye
on the health care bill.)
