OMG! I stumbled across this, onlyjust now? Greg/Bill, its Moira Spooner (now Klassen). Both Bob and Jean have passed away and I and my husband are retired, living in Thailand. We took an early retirement but r loving it. No children, which is probably why we could retire early

What have u guys been up to? Hope r both well.

Hi Moira,
I just came across this post, didn't even remember joining this group. I'll give you a quick update. Went to university and ended up teaching for 30 years. Retired in 2005 and spend time at our cottage near Algonquin Park, travelling in Europe and usually February in Florida. Married for 38 years, two kids, Claire 32 and Quinn 30. We live in Peterborough(since 1975).
Greg is still teaching art at the Ontario College of Art (OCAD) and lives on St. George St. at Bloor in Toronto. He is in Scotland now and will be home in late June, he goes over every spring.
Mom died in 1970, dad in 1976. When and were did Bob and Jean die? Where is Dawn, we heard your mom and Dawn were out west.
Nan McKay died in April this year (2014) and Ella Olson died last February (2013).
Great to hear you are in Thailand, haven't made it there yet, but we hear it is nice. Probably best to use my email: w.da...@sympatico.ca the other one isn't used anymore.

Wow,talk about a blast from the past! Been in Thailand 4 years, love it. I cant tell u what year Bob passed away in because he took off and we never heard from him again. Mom passeda little over 5 years ago. I am in my second marriage and met Ron in Calgary 23 years ago. No children, or we probably wouldnt be here. Dawn is still in Calgary. We were just there in Aug for a couple of weeks, froze to death and dont miss it. You guys sound like you are doing well. Bill, I lived in Toronato for about 14 years and actually saw an art exhibit with one of Gregs paintings in it. Didnt have a clue he was living there too. In my past life we had a cottage on Chandos Lake, Apsley, very close to Peterborough. What a small world. Wayne, got your friend request....responded. keep in touch......Moira

Hi - went looking for you guys and found this - I'm still in Ottawa and Linda is nearby (both retired). Dad died in 1993 and Mom in 2006.

did you know they were planning another school reunion in Borden this summer?
