TURMEL: Supreme Court nixed Mozajko MedPot Delay Leave Application
JCT: Igor Mozajko's application to grow medpot had been
stalled by Health Canada for 11 months. He sued for the rent
lost waiting and the value of the cannabis he could have
grown. The Crown moved to strike his claim but Judge Brown
dismissed their motion and let it go to trial. Crown
appealed and the Court of Appeal overturned Judge Brown's
decision. He appealed to the Supreme Court and they let it
stand.

The courts remain as crooked as always.
And they're now hiding the names of the judges who made the
decision. I noticed that it was dismissed by Justice
Andromache Karakatsanis but not the names of the other
judges. I called the Supreme Court and was told that they no
longer say who were the 3 judges on the panel, just the one
judge who signs the decision.
Lets them hide their shameful decisions. So they'll be able
to dismiss my Application to declare Covid a false alarm and
I'll only have 1 judge to blame for the deaths of everyone
who would not have taken the shot if they'd known it was a
false alarm.

the same reasons you ALWAYS lose-they point out holes in your case and you refuse to plug them. how is that smart in any way?
if you are smart in any way, why not plug the holes so you can win? you want to fight the wrong things and that's why you lose.
why not show these smarts you claim to have and do something POSITIVE instead of the crap you spew

I would also dismiss Mr. Mozajko’s cross-appeal. I would set aside the Order issued by the Federal Court in this matter. Rendering the decision that the Federal Court should have made, I would allow the Crown’s motion to strike Mr. Mozajko’s statement of claim and I would strike his statement of claim without leave to amend. I would award the Crown costs in the amount of $3,500."
