We are currently seeking for a highly motivated individual to join our team
as a Technical Support Specialist. Successful candidate will give "first
aid" to baffled, frustrated and sometimes clueless computer users.
Must be able to answer telephone calls and all in-bound entry points to Help
Desk which includes e-mail messages, and logging and tracking all inbound
issues. Superior computer software and hardware troubleshooting and problem
solving skills a definite asset.
