Opportunity

Angoss offers a unique opportunity for development of your enterprise
software and solutions marketing skills. The Company offers market
proven data mining software and service solutions used by analysts in
leading Fortune 500 organizations across financial services, telecom,
retailing and health services industries. The Company is expanding its
offerings and creating a marketing role consistent with its market
positioning. In this role you will be providing the marketing support
for positioning and delivery of higher value packaged predictive
analytics applications. These applications will be marketed, sold and
delivered on an industry specific basis to existing client accounts and
to targeted prospects.

You will be responsible for developing and executing ANGOSS's marketing
initiatives, working with internal marketing resources and third party
consulting services providers, including developing the Company's
marketing strategy and planning; lead generation and sales tools
development; client communication; media and analyst relations; and
representation of Angoss in conferences, trade shows, webinars and other
media. Working with the executive team, and our sales and services
organizations, you will be a key influencer in our go-to-market strategy
and success.

You will be based in our Toronto office. Only candidates who are in the
Toronto area or willing to locate to the Toronto area at their own cost
will be successful. Toronto is in Ontario, Canada. Only candidates
eligible to work in Canada will be considered. .

Responsibilities

* Budgeting & Planning: Develop and drive annual and quarterly marketing
plans and budgets.

* Lead Generation: Develop, execute and monitor the effectiveness of the
Company's lead generation, inboud and outbound lead generation
activities. Key elements will include tradeshows, seminars and
innovative marketing campaigns.

* Sales Tools: Create product/solution collateral, presentations, demos,
customer success stories, and other materials that accurately and
clearly articulate the Angoss value proposition. Clear understanding of
the sales process and ability to help account managers close deals.

* Communications: Managing the company's media relations, analyst
relations and related communications initiatives.

* Business Development: Manage marketing relationship with key solution
partners to extend Angoss mindshare and market reach. Develop and
execute co-operative marketing campaigns to uncover new business
opportunities.

* Customer Reference Program: Develop and manage key reference customer
relationships. These relationships will be an important success factor
that will lead to the development of customer success stories, customer
advisory boards and insight into future product functionality.

* Web Site: Continually evolve the company website to include new
branding and messaging. Must effectively use the web site as a marketing
communications and lead generation tool.

Qualifications

* Product marketing experience in a high technology start-up
environment.

* Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to translate and distill complex technical concepts & features
into crisp marketing messages, business benefits and product offerings.

* Strong entrepreneurial drive

* Ability to complete work with limited direct supervision.

* Ability to manage, execute and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently.

* Passion for excellence with an exceptional work ethic.

* Motivated by and contribute to a strong team work ethic.

* 5+ years experience.

* Degree/Major:

* University degree(s) in Business (Marketing)

* Computer Science and Statistics Background.

* Multilingual capabilities (French, German, Spanish) a definite asset.

Compensation

Compensation includes base salary commensurate with experience and
qualifications, performance bonuses linked to personal and corporate
achievement targets, and performance linked equity incentives.
