Title: Sr Process Engineer Oil & Gas
Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Position Description: The Position of Senior Process Engineer carries the
following responsibilities: · Supervising the various activities in the
process design of a project consisting of several complex process units ·
Provision of comprehensive engineering and design services by establishing
the design criteria and implementing the preparation of specification,
calculations and drawings · Resource planning and allocation for project
activities · Obtain, interpret and execute Client expectations for project
success
Education and Experience: · Chemical engineering degree or masters · PEO
registered or available · 10 to 15 years of related experience · Proven
track record in process engineering lead position
Skills required: · Strong interpersonal and leadership skills · Client
relationship management skills · Effective communication both oral and
written · Refinery and downstream process design · Conceptual design
experience, including the ability to interpret plant and laboratory data to
develop process design · Offshore design philosophy and standards ·
Knowledge of gas processing facilities, hydrate inhibition and glycol and
amine reclamation processes would be an asset
Some international travel will be required, however the majority of the
design work will be completed in the Toronto office. Candidate may also be
considered for Assistant Department Manager duties.
