Responsibilities:
* Residential and Commercial, Video and Internet service and installations.
* Service and installation for given territory * MDU outage repairs,
maintenance & quotes for new completions and/or new builds * Assist the
Quality Control Technician(s) in monitoring contractor integrity and level
of service standards thru job site inspections and reports * Provide relief
for the contractors with any extra and/or overflow calls * Line of Sites
surveys for new MDU and SME installations and service * VIP service calls
and installations * Complete Special Projects where required * Assist in
implementing regular training courses and technical seminars * Level 1
Inspections on customer damage and property complaints * Level 2 Problem
calls, technical issues & supervisor escalations
Qualifications:
* Excellent written and oral skills. * Valid driver's license. * 3-5 years
experience in a related field. * Experience in residential coaxial
installation for television signals, with complicated surround sound
hook-ups. * Knowledge of digital wireless communications and Internet
installation is an asset. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. *
Must be available for on-call rotation after normal working hours.
Educational Requirements:
* Grade 12 education
