Title: Production Manager
Location: Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Canada

Grasslands Group is in search of a Production Manager to provide both
project and process engineering for a hydraulic manufacturing and machining
business in east central Saskatchewan. This individual is responsible for
the management and coordination of all manufacturing operations including
production planning and control, scheduling, materials management, quality
control, labor relations within a unionized environment, building and
equipment maintenance, developing and implementing operating policies and
procedures in such areas as quality control standards (including ISO), cost
reduction, identifying efficiency and productivity opportunities, health and
safety, facilities maintenance, and planning and management of the internal
audit process to ensure compliance with various organizational standards.
This is a "HANDS-ON," "DOER" position and preference will be given to
Mechanical or an Industrial Engineer with experience in manufacturing,
assembly line, or similar processing environment. Full Job Description is

$36,000 to $48,000 + base salary D.O.E., with the ability to earn a bonus
payable (up to 25% of annual base salary) upon the achievement of key budget
objectives. There is also a full benefit package available which includes
Life Insurance, Short and Long Term Disability, Dental, Health and
Accidental Death.
