Title: Operations/Sales Assistant

The Opportunity
In this challenging position, your duties will include:
. Reporting to 5 sales staff and supporting their needs, . Setting rates
with logistic partners, . Making cargo bookings as required, . Tracking
shipments and following up with customers, . Completing AWB's and OBL's as
required, and . Other office assistant duties as required.
Compensation
Remuneration for this exciting opportunity consists of a competitive salary,
full benefits, and paid vacation.
Qualifications/Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in the
Canadian freight forwarding industry. You should also have excellent
communication, customer service and time-management skills. A strong eye for
detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also
essential.
