project, identify the customer's specific needs and recommend the most

As a Sales Representative for Fibertec you will be working with the industry
leader to sell its very unique, high end Fiberglass products to Company
provided sales leads of which 75% are from U.S. clients (home owners,
builders, renovators, and architects) who typically are building a custom
home or renovating an existing home, and 25% from the Southern Ontario
market.

Your exceptional sales skills, sound technical knowledge and eye for detail
will enable you to: . Take part in the early stages of the design process
with the client, . Maintain and build a good customer base within your
territory including dealer / distributorships, builders, and architects, .
Penetrate institutional, multi residential, and commercial markets with our
high energy efficient products, and . Facilitate technical data and product
information to clients.

The competitive compensation package includes a competitive weekly draw
based on experience and qualifications, available health benefit plan, and
no cap on a generous commission structure.

The successful candidate for this exciting opportunity must: . Bring a
minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience (preferably in the
construction related industry), . Be able to read blueprints, . Possess the
ability to understand general wall construction (training will also be
provided), . Display above average organizational skills and attention to
detail, and . Be very customer oriented.

In addition to the above qualifications, training from a reputable Technical
College would be a definite asset. Strong preference will be give to
candidates with sound knowledge of computer software (MS Word, Excel,
e-mail, etc.) as most quoting is done via computer estimating programs.

Very little travel is required, in fact, most sales are closed over the
phone.
