SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
You will be responsible for the technical development of projects
throughout
the entire development and deployment cycles. You are a team player and
work
well within project timelines.
Qualifications include:
· Strong technical and architectural abilities
· Excellent design and implementation skills in C, C++, and Perl
· Three to five years of experience
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES MANAGER
You will work closely with our customers and the sales organization.
You will
be responsible for creating and maintaining statement of work (SOW) and
project
management tasks for each new installation. You will manage a small team
of
specialists and help establish team objectives and directives.
Qualifications include:
· Bachelors Degree in a related Engineering discipline. Advanced
Engineering
degree is preferred.
· Technical skills in C, C++ and Perl.
· Must have a minimum ten years experience in the area of
Professional Services
· Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as
well as the
ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
· Demonstrated problem solving, planning, and organizational
skills.
PROJECT MANAGER
The project manager is responsible for all deliverables of projects from
conception through to customer acceptance.
Qualifications include:
· Four years of project management experience
· Five years software development experience
· The ability to lead several medium-sized projects
simultaneously, including
all scheduling, reporting, and risk management of the projects.
· Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as
well as the
ability to interact with all levels of the organization and customers
SOFTWARE OPERATIONS MANAGER
The software operations manager is responsible for all tracking,
reporting, and
resolution of the day-to-day operational product issues.
Qualifications include:
· Several years experience with C/C++ and Perl
· The ability to improve software and company processes
surrounding the day-to-
day operations
· Improve customer satisfaction
Previous experience managing a small team of developers would be an
asset.
TECHNICAL SUPORT SPECIALIST
You will provide first and second level support to customers in solving
product
functionality problems associated with Navtech applications, telephony,
data
communications and various computing systems (UNIX, LINUX, Windows).
Qualifications include:
· Strong communicator
· Proven track record for resolving software and hardware
deficiencies and
troubleshooting issues from customer investigation to resolution to
implementation.
· Ability to participate as a key member of the support team
· Knowledge of any of OpenGL, Networking, UNIX Shell Scripting,
Optimization,
SQL, XML, Perl/CGI, RMDS and GUI.
· Must possess excellent communications protocols experience
(Ethernet, TCP/IP,
HTTP, ISDN, LAN, WAN, Rs-232/RS-424, V.32/V.32BIS – V34 – V.42/V.42BIS)
