HELP: Looking for Tape for Lazair

Hello!

I'm looking for a name and number of a place where I can purchase
industrial tapes for a Lazair II Ultralight for taping skin on the plane
form a source WITHIN CANADA.

Leading edge tape and the double sided thin tape. ( I have the foam rib
tape )

I have tried contacting 3M directly, but they only sell in bulk.
Companies they referred, also only sell in bulk.
Tried sign makers and auto people...nothing.
Manaco tapes...can't find locally except for the foam tape and don't
have a part number sfor them

this is all I have to do to get my plane flying.
