Hello,

Anyone know of an Ultralight Aircraft Field I can use in the Niagara
Area? Anywhere from Port Colborne up to Niagara on the Lake would be
fine

If they have secure hangars that would be best.

There one I was ready to use by Chippawa, just off of Sodom Road, but
it's all run down now and the grass hasn't been cut in a while.

I'd really like to test my Lazair II that I've been working on all year.

thanks,
A

Have you checked out the UPAC mailing list from www.upac.org?

Brad,

what does that "Ulster performing arts center " link have to do with finding
an Ultralight field?

I should clairfy a bit anywhay, I'm in CANADA. Niagara falls, Port
Colborne...all in Canada.

The field where the Lazair Ultralight was tested when it was made is in Port
Colborne.

The Ultralight field is still there, I just lost my directions to it !!
If anyone knows directions, or a road name the field is let me know please!

Again, any closer field or airport I can take off and land ( and where I can
hangar my aircraft for a couple months ) would be nice...Niagara Falls, NOTL,
St.Catherines, Chippawa etc.

thanks

I believe he meant http://www.upac.ca -- an honest mistake to make.

I think he meant the ultralight pilots association of canada. You
might consider joining. Many of the members are also from Canada.

Okay, try this one...

http://www.upac.ca

The Ultralight Pilots Association of Canada. They have a mailing list.
Some one there may know where you left your airfield.

Sorry,

Bradley :-)

Give the St. Catharines Flying Club a call and ask them what night the
Recreational Aircraft Association of Canada meet at the club. Show up on the
night they tell you and you will meet a lot of Ultralight (and other) pilots
who can tell you about all of the fields in the area.
