Attended auction at Dartmouth Sportsplex 26-Nov-2011. Auctioneer
Charles Palk started auction at 10:00 hrs and terminated the auction
very early at 11:20 hrs due to apparent frustration. Charles Palk
berated and lectured buyers when prices were not to his satisfaction.
Business Partner Joan Henderson made it known to buyers that they
would not be selling additional furniture items due to unsatisfactory
winning bids. Charlie frequently shouts at his staff to put items
'back on the truck' and then later advised buyers he would be taking
the items to New Brunswick where he would get his price. This event
was more like horrible travelling carnival side show than an auction.
Charlie and partner Joan are wasting both their own time and money as
well as those in attendance.
