Greetings!

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, approaching burn out, demotivated, isolated or simply want a boost by participating in a confidential, structured and regularised set of meetups with a trusted handful of peers?

Have you heard of Action Learning? (It's a powerful structure that nurtures creativity, learning, peer support networks and leadership skills. It also encourages those in our sector to carve out time on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, to engage in much needed reflection, evaluation, refresh and re-focussing). Maybe you've already experienced AL and want to be part of a new Set for 2025.

Want to join a Set? I have places available for my 2025 online 6 x session programmes. There is a cost to you in time and money but if you don't find it worth your investment after 2 sessions I will refund you! Until I can find funding or commissioners I have to charge a programme fee of £120 per person or £180 if your company, employer or funder contributes. If you are a company or organisation, it's a great way to invest in your team members' wellbeing and professional development. I can also run special in-house programmes too if you want to invest in better communications, shared ownership, strategic planning, addressing challenges, brainstorming and/or developing leadership skills.

I'm offering a few free introductory sessions online and so you can find out more before committing or get in touch for a chat.
