Hi folks, 

Just a reminder that there's still time to register for the Digital Stewardship Knowledge Exchange on April 29th, 2026 from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Pacific / 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Mountain / 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Central.

Presenters from COPPUL institutions will share their work on a range of digital stewardship projects, topics, and tools including: 

• The role of data management plans (DMPs) in supporting long-term data stewardship
• The decision-making process leading up to a repository migration
• How institutions can develop sustainable workflows for managing audiovisual content and ensuring appropriate access to sensitive materials
• Privacy-preserving and ethical use of AI using data spaces
• Using vintage computers and software to support data recovery and restoration of a lost school of Canadian videotex art
