Experience         :               10+ years

 

Job Description:

·         Hands-on experience with Spark/Hive/Pig/Flume/Sqoop/Kafka.

·         Experience in GCP is a must.

·         Experience in Big-Query is a must.

·         Practical experience and in-depth understanding of Map-reduce.

·         Should have a good programming background with expertise in Java OR Scala OR Python.

·         Comfortable developing Object Oriented, multi-tier applications in a complex architectural landscape

·         Knowledge of bit bucket/git, Maven, Jenkins, and Shell scripting – (Good to have)

·         Experience, interest, and adaptability to working in an Agile delivery environment.

·         Ability to select the right tool for the job.

·         Experience with RESTful services, JSON and XML metadata, and containers such as Tomcat/Jetty. – (Good to have).

·         Experience in working on Hadoop distribution (CDH/HDP/Map reduce) – (Good to have).

·         Exposure to data engineering (data exploration, modelling, and schema designing)- (Good to have)
