PeopleSoft Finance Technical Consultant – Upgrade, Dashboards, Tiles & Customizations
100% Remote (USA)

12+ Months Contract

 

Job Description:

Client is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Finance Technical Consultant with a strong background in PeopleSoft Upgrade projects and in-depth experience with the latest PeopleTools features, including Navigation Collections, Dashboards, and Tiles. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of designing and implementing custom bolt-on applications and complex customizations within the PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) suite.

  

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in and lead PeopleSoft FSCM upgrade projects, ensuring smooth transition to the latest PeopleTools versions.
• Design and develop Navigation Collections, Dashboards, and Tiles using the latest PeopleTools (8.59 or later preferred).
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement custom bolt-on applications tailored to business needs, ensuring minimal impact to delivered functionality.
• Create and maintain customizations to existing PeopleSoft modules while following best practices for upgrade sustainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSCM modules.
• Prepare technical documentation and support user training efforts.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

  

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of technical experience in PeopleSoft FSCM, including modules such as AP, AR, PO, AM, GL, etc.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft upgrade projects, including retrofitting customizations and testing.
• Strong expertise in PeopleTools including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Fluid UI, and Component Interfaces.
• Proven experience building Navigation Collections, Dashboards, and Tiles in the latest versions of PeopleTools.
• Experience designing and developing custom bolt-on applications and deep customizations in PeopleSoft.
• Familiarity with Fluid UI design principles and user-centric dashboard development.
• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.59/8.60.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
