Announcement: Shiny dashboard in camtrapR

Dear all,

I am pleased to share with you a new and exciting development in camtrapR: a Shiny dashboard for summarizing, viewing and analyzing camera trapping data sets. It is available in the GitHub version via the new function:

surveyDashboard().

The dashboard has 10 pages to:

• provide key information about surveys
• show interactive maps of camera trap locations and species detections
• easily and flexibly fit single-species occupancy models with unmarked (including automatically created plots of species responses to covariates and model selection tables)
• visualize single and two-species activity patterns 

Install from GitHub to give it a try:

remotes::install_github("jniedballa/camtrapR", build_vignettes = TRUE)

I'd be happy to hear feedback to further improve the dashboard and make it more versatile and useful for you.
