Erros in reading the date format

WHile practicing the camtrapR I am getting this error, I am unable to

understanf after trying lubridate and everything. I checked all four entries which are in mdy format.

Error: At least one entry in CTtable[, setupCol] cannot be interpreted using dateFormat: mdy rows 1, 2, 3, 4
