GBBF Cider Bar Training

Like cider, but don't know much about it? Been asked to run a cider
bar at a beer festival but have no idea where to start? A Magners
drinker wanting to reform?

Cider and Cider Bar Training is taking place again at this year’s
Great British Beer Festival. It includes how it’s made, an overview of
the UK cider industry, Cider Bar Management:-
ordering, setting up of bar, programme, technical and a lot more. Plus
a tasting session.

I did this session 4 years ago and would highly recommend it to anyone
involved with cider campaigning in CAMRA. It gives a great overview
from the basics of cider and perry production to the little details of
running a festival cider bar, and of course involves tasting the
stuff!
