Remember this Saturday is our Ale of Two Cities Crawl. We'll be
starting in the Crescent, Salford from about 12 midday. I'll be
meeting some young members from York at Piccadilly around 12:10 to get
the Metroshuttle bus (#3) into Salford. We'll be leaving the Crescent
around 1:30, so there's plenty of time to get something to eat at the
start. After that we'll be heading to the excellent 'New Oxford' and
'Kings Arms' in Salford before making our way into Manchester. We'll
be making an extended stop at the Waterhouse (Wetherspoons) around
6ish for an early evening food stop, then heading across the Northern
Quarter before winding up at the Marble Arch. As always, all are
welcome. If you're thinking of joining us later on in the day, give us
a call to find out where we've got to (07838 119326). See planned
route below. From start to finish, the route is approx 4 miles.
