Punctuation follow-up

Greetings Network members,
 
Thanks for all your input and discussion last week around our punctuation dilemma.  We aired some good opinions and generated interesting ideas about ownership, literal and otherwise, of markets.

Based on the feedback, we’ve decided to eliminate that pesky apostrophe from our name.  We are now officially the Campus Farmers Market Network.  There you have it – now we’re in line with the Farmers Market Coalition and the many organizations who have dropped the apostrophe in favor of an idea of community “ownership” of the market.

The apostrophe has hereby been struck.
