Dear All,

On Aug 15th, 2012 (yesterday), I launched my election campaign for
Karnataka State Assembly from Basanavanagudi constituency. I request
your support.

My decision to contest an election has been a product of thoughts of
more than a decade, as well as some practical experience of last two
years.

As you probably already know, I returned back to India in Nov 2010,
after living in the US for 12 years, with the intention of doing my
part towards bringing ethical politics in India. During the last two
years, I have participated not in only in Anna Hazare's
anti-corruption movement, but also towards providing alternative
choices. I have significantly contributed towards getting one
competent and ethical person elected to a corporation (Nisha Singh,
Gurgaon). I have also worked hard for several months on Dr.Ashwin
Mahesh's campaign for MLC from Bangalore Graduates Constituency. To
