Mike asks for suggestions, advice and, ideally, lessons learned regarding heating a sports field (grass pitch) with steam or hot water during cold (Canadian) winter weather. The field is adjacent to the university's central plant.Snowfall is substantial, averaging 120 inches (305 cm) /year.
