We are looking at implementing a new Computerized Maintenance Management Software System for asset management in main plant and potentially across the platform. Wanted to see if there is a baseline on what some of the other systems use (medium to large size). Would like to discuss how they use it and their experiences.

At Harvard we are transitioning to Maximo for our district energy plants as well the distribution and internal facility groups.
