Hey Prayer Team,
Would you like to be a part of God’s transforming work in the lives of
college and university students? Last year 1,300 students attended
InterVarsity’s weekend evangelism and discipleship conference called Cross
Training. You may have seen it mentioned in my prayer letters in the past.
We are looking for folks to lead small groups in tracks or serve in
conference services (registration, photography/videography, etc.) at Cross
Training this year and I think you would do an amazing job. I especially think
the On Campus On Purpose Track small group leader would be a good fit. Check out the information below and let me know if you are interested in volunteering or have any questions.
Cross Training- Wisconsin Dells
Dates: October 30 - November 1 (the first session begins at 7:30 PM on the
evening of the 30th and ends at 12:15 PM on the 1st)
Location: Kalahari Resort and Conference Center in Wisconsin Dells, WI
Cost: In order to keep the cost down for students, staff raise money to
cover their cost and we ask volunteers to pay to help cover their costs for
the weekend. The price for volunteers at Cross Training Green Lake will be
$169 for one volunteer and $159 per person for a married couple
volunteering together.
