Service Weekend Update

Hey Everyone,

I'm glad to see everyone on this list, and I appologize for letting
this weekend sneak up! We're going to be there from Friday-Sunday;
however, the important day is Saturday. Because this is such a huge
camp weekend in general, we have to have the same "rules" as the last
weekend in terms of age. If you are a minor, you can come on Saturday
with a legal guardian. Its unfortunate that we have to have this rule,
but I hope you understand. Over 18 individuals are welcome to stay
overnight. In order to defray the costs to camp of using their
lodging, food, materials, etc. a donation of $20 per person is
requested. The goal of the Camp Service Team is to save the camp some
money, so we should do all we can in order to be cost free for camp.
If the money is going to prevent you from attending, please let me
know ASAP.

I just sent out a message on Facebook with a deadline for signing up
as Monday, March 3rd. This is a no-if-ands-or-buts deadline. Camp is
pretty much full for that weekend, so we can't wait till the very last
minute to sign up. We'll get the team applications sent out on the
list soon.

I hope to see you all there in a little over a week!!!
