Thanks for the meeting notes. I have been away for two Sabbaths but I can see things are going on well. I saw your missed call but I was in the bus to Mbs, I wanted to call back but I arrived a bit late. We will talk tomorrow.
I propose we proceed with printing of the banner, posters and the invitation cards. By next Sabbath they should be distributed and pinned at strategic points.

Thanks for the compliments. I am however worried that we might not be able to do the printing at the right time since I am not in Nairobi and will be away even this coming Sabbath. I have the banner and the invitation cards ready for printing but the printers will ask for either a down payment or full payment before doing the print. Getting the payment processed in the course of the week can be hard and challenging in our church.
I still don't have someone to help me with the followup and hope something will happen even in my absence.
