Please print these letters and make them ready, we will send someone to give pastor and the chair & secretary of the camp meeting to sign them before they are distributed to various church choirs.

Print them on a special letter head “design one” showing the Laser Hill English Camp centre.

Print 10 copies.

Hi Elder,

Ope all is well with you. I am sending this mail to you that you may have a look at it and if possible let it be printed on Sabbath at the Laiser hill church offices. This is because I will not be in on Sabbath, am attending my graduation ceremony in Meru from Friday.

 

This is just a sample for one choir. Kindly print for all the choirs we are planning to invite.

 

I am not very sure of the format we were to use in doing letters for the children teachers but if it is applicable then you can also change to suit their respective churches. The teachers are:-

·         Everlyne Kemunto          -              Milimani SDA Nakuru

·         Dan Otieno                         -              ‘’ ‘’

·         Florency Mayienga          -              Olekasasi, O/Rongai
