1. Bereans will not be coming for the camp meeting.

2. The VOICE from Tanzania will be the guest choir. from 17th-24th August 2013

3. The budget of Ksh.30,000 is for their (the voice) transport, from and to Dar

4. Music sub-commitee to contact Gracious Singers for the possibility of having them as one of the guest choirs. Ngong Choir was not seconded.

5. Laiser Hill Academy was not among the Choirs to be contacted either.

6. Send letters to Laiser Hill Adventist Church Choir, Laiser Hill Youth Choir, Ronkai Central Church Choir and Ronkai Central Youth Choir.

There is no harm to include other choirs like Ngong …….. they have a very good choir.
