Spring updates!

Hi everyone!!

I hope you had a nice winter break! The Kesem board is excited to get things rolling for the semester and we have a lot of really cool things planned for the semester including our 2nd annual basketball tournament, a field day and our annual 5k. 

We also have dates and location finalized for this summer! Camp will be held August 7-12 at Mah-Kah-Wee Program Center in Chuluota, FL (Orlando area). This new location will hopefully prove to be beneficial for campers and counselors and will enable us to grow as a camp.

If you want to be a counselor this summer (and have not applied or been accepted yet), we will have two informational meetings next week on Wednesday, January 26th (location TBA) and Thursday, January 27th at 7:30 (Reitz 347). You only need to attend one because the same information will be given at both. The application will be due to uflo...@campkesem.org on February 4 by midnight and available for download on our website (http:/www.campkesem.org/uf/counselors). There are facebook events for these that you can access through our facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/campkesemuf).

If you have campers or families to recommend to camp, please encourage them to email us (uflo...@campkesem.org) as we are starting the camper application process soon.

If you wish to contribute to camp in monetary ways, we have links and information on our website (http://www.campkesem.org/uf/donate). Any amount helps to create the best camp possible!
