My ISP problem - need advice

Hello everyone,

I just figure out that I cannot access to jugcam.org with metfone ISP. It happens more than 4 months. I used to contact their support staffs many times. They told me that they cannot do anything for me. That is not acceptable response. That is very bad customer support service.

There are a lot of people using metfone. That is what I am concern.

I cannot make any update on the website with my free time at home.

What do I have to do? Please advice.

Hello Brother:

Yes, that's unacceptable that they cannot do anything for you. I can see that this web site is hosting by ns1.titbhost.com/ns2.titbhost.com. So Metfone can contact the DNS master for solving the problem. If they still cannot fix the problem maybe there is no solution for you to access that web site. Solution is changing the ISP.

Thanks for your ideas. But the problem is that there are a lot of people using metfone and cannot access to jugcam.org.
The website is very bad now. I cannot make changes. That is very pain. The ISP ignores this problem.
