Hey Camp!

First off, I miss you guys so darn much and hope you all are doing freaking wonderful. The first round of exams is upon us and I wish you guys the best of luck and go kick some hardcore butt!

So here's what's up in the Fish Camp World. We were supposed to hold another MEOW, but we only have 1 issue to talk about and it is really hard for all of us to find a time that works best. So I am sending out this to make sure everyone get's it.

First off, great job with improving our camp continuity! Since our last MEOW, I have seen a lot of improved and the turnout at our camp reunion was fantastic! Thank you guys for stepping up your game and keeping that fish focus. Still keep in touch with your fish and tell em how much you love em and all that jazz!

Now, you might have heard that the end of policy is upon us. Well, I am here to confirm that rumor. Policy for camp will end this Friday, September 27th at noon. Usually what happens on this day is that we as a camp will have a party to celebrate the 6 months we have been together. This party (known as ACP) is COMPLETELY, 100% ABSOLUTELY VOLUNTARY AND YOUR PRESENCE IS OPTIONAL!!!!  I say that because this party will contain alcohol and drinking. I cannot emphasize that enough.  

Now, use can use this thread to start planning out ACP. I personally cannot host (bummer). Get ideas rolling and what not.

And of course, if you have any questions/concerns/yada yada, contact Chels or myself! We are here for you guys.

On the note of the party being optional, I do highly encourage everyone to come even if you do not want to drink.  I didn't drink at my first ACP and I still had a blast.  Those of us who didn't still had fun just being around everyone and seeing how goofy they got.  SO if you have any worries or hesitations about going come talk to me, maybe I can help, because we all want everyone there.  This is a celebration for each and every one of us.

Ok so I talked to my roomates, the one in Fish Camp will not be here this weekend. Now my other roommate just turned 21 and he said that he will be here and probably have people over and then transition to NG. Also there wouldn't be a lot of room for everyone to sleep somewhere. Because two of my roomates now lock their doors to their rooms when they are gone so we couldn't use those. So it will basically be my room and the living room.  So... I don't think its the ideal location. Thoughts?

This is how ACP goes for all those who do not know.

All that are 21 go to Northgate around noon and take seven shots, one for each month they were unable to drink together. The chairs then split a pitcher of beer.

The festivities begin at 8 pm sharp. All the inexperienced show up around 745 and are promptly blindfolded. Their blindfolds are removed only after they ingest a mystery drug one can only assume is bath salts. If you do not oblige, you are required to leave.

From that point, everyone takes a shot on one foot while the oldest member of camp throws knives at all of us. Anyone (s)he hits must take another shot. After that the male chair is required to strip down to nothing but his socks and perform naked karaoke of the number one song in the country.

Friday is at my apartment. The Heights Apt #1415. It's off Luther st and 2818. Go in the gate on your left and go straight and when the road forks, go toward the right. Then you should able to see the back gate and a dumpster on your left. Turn right at the dumpster and bldg 14 will be on the left. Park anywhere that's not covered. I'm not sure when I'll be ready for y'all, but it'll be decently early in the evening. 

If you drink, I won't let you drive home. I'm sorry, but I can't stand drunk driving. On that note, you can all sleep over and leave at your leisure on Saturday. I can share my bed, my roommate said we can use her room, we have two couches and we have an extra mattress. I've got plenty of blankets and pillows, too.
