Alright!! Well Ricardo and I are planning on cooking some enchiladas for ya'll on Friday at his place around 5:30!! As much as we love our fish, we can't make food for 40-50 people but for us yes!!! So we can do a potluck type of dinner night. Like I said we will be making enchiladas and probably rice but everyone else can bring whatever they feel like bringing!! ALSO we would like a head count just to make enough for everyone!! :)
